Yoga Sculpt
30 Minutes

Fine tune your strength and optimize performance.  Yoga Sculpt is a combination of yoga, light weight training and functional movement patterns to build total body strength. This method of training allows your muscles to fire up more efficiently and effectively accelerating the burn and speeding up recovery time.  Whether you're an athlete, a yogi or new to fitness, yoga sculpt is a healthy way to enhance your current movement routine.

 

Elite 40
40 Minutes

Ignite your workout with Elite 40, a challenging new way to build explosive strength and power.  You’ll switch between dynamic movement, static stability and strength training to maximize your muscle growth and improve cardio health.  Elite 40 classes will be designed to complete 4 rounds of 8 exercise's for 60 seconds each. These full-body workouts will allow you to choose a fast or slow burn to suit your goals for the day.

 

Corporate Yoga Break
30 Minutes

Get up and get moving.  Stretch your body and clear your mind with classes that are made to fit your busy schedule.  Each class is short and sweet, making it the perfect relief for a hectic work day or intense week.  You’ll flow through soothing hatha sequences that target the shoulders, hips, back and other areas that hold stress and discomfort from sitting all day.

Athlete Recovery
60 Minutes

Make time for yourself.  Athlete recover is a Yin Ritual that will draw you out of the noise and distractions of daily life and bring you back to center.  You’ll nourish your body and mind with low slow classes that work deep into your connective tissues.  This YIN inspired practice uses long, passive holds to carve out space so you can soften into your body and balance your energy. 

Cardio Box
30 Minutes

Every hard-hitting punch you throw comes from the core.  Cardio Boxing uses a combination of shadowboxing with continuous cardio movements such as high knees, burpees, push ups, ect. that will teach you strength and teach you to control your heart rate.  Pushing your muscles to grow in a anaerobic state conditions them to build endurance while releasing lactic acid which tones the shape of the muscle instead of bulking up.

Strength
30 Minutes

You need strength training in your life.  Lifting weights helps to amp your metabolism for long after your training session ends since the more muscle you have, the more calories you torch.  If your new to weight training , don't worry.  I will help you to build a solid foundation of strength training and shift your body into a new place after all that cardio.

Shannon is fully immersed in the fitness and yoga culture.  Once a two time fitness competitor and a marathon runner she understands the value yoga and recovery have for your overall athletic performance.  Shannon brings strength, variety, enthusiasm & encouragement to each class. She comes with the lightness of a yogi but the dedication of a coach offering clients a unique and personalized experience.
